Description
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects.
- Analyze and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost control.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure value engineering.
- Conduct detailed measurements and surveys of worksites to compile statistical data.
- Prepare tender documents, contracts, and procurement schedules.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in quantity surveying or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in using cost estimation software and Microsoft Excel.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
