Responsibilities
- Cost Planning, Cost Control/Reporting
- Preparation of Bills of Quantities
- Measurement Services
- Re-measurement of Completed Works
- Estimating/Pricing/Costing
- Commercial and Contract Management
- Contract Administration
- Independent Audits of Construction Costs
- Payments, Claims Recovery
What We're Looking For:
What We're Looking For:
- At least 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Extensive experience in Contract Management and Cost Planning
- Strong Financial Management and Analytical skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
- Familiarity with SMM7, NRM1, and NRM2
- Membership with PICQS is a plus
