Prepare the bidding document according to the tender document
Prepare the bill of quantity according to the tender document
Analyze the quotation of the supplier and subcontractor and evaluate the project cost and other direct cost
Prepare the priced bill of quantity according to the result of analysis and evaluation
Organize and collect the bidding documents

QUALIFICATIONS:

Candidate should have a Bachelor/s Degree of Civil Engineer, Quantity Surveying Engineer or Construction Management
Must have at least five years of related experience
Background from a construction company is an advantage
Has the knowledge of Basic Computer Skills, TAS, TRB and other graphic calculation software
