SINOMA CBMIPH Construction Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team. As a key player in the construction industry, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and services to our clients while maintaining cost efficiency and sustainability. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the cement manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of cement production processes, materials, and cost structures, is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Estimation: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects, considering materials, labor and overhead costs.
• Contract Management: Administer and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Negotiate and finalize agreements with contractors and suppliers.
• Budget Control: Monitor project budgets, track expenses and report on cost variations. Implement cost-saving measures without compromising on quality.
• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings. Provide recommendations for risk mitigation strategies.
• Quantity Takeoff: Perform quantity takeoffs from project drawings and specifications to support accurate cost estimates.
• Change Management: Evaluate and manage changes in project scope, specifications, and drawings. Assess the impact on project costs and provide recommendations.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with project teams, contractors and clients to ensure effective communication and resolution of cost-related issues.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of cost information, contracts and related documents. Prepare reports for management on project financial performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, construction management or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent knowledge of construction contracts, cost control, and project management.
• Proficient in relevant software tools (e.g., Excel, cost estimating software).
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Salary: PHP30,000.00 – PHP35,000.00
