Description

Our client is hiring for a QUANTITY SURVEYOR!


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate quality inspections with site contractors and vendors.
  • Plan and manage MEPFS tasks, coordinate work during construction, and conduct site inspections.
  • Conduct testing and commissioning for various equipment, such as air conditioning units (ACUs), centralized piping systems (CPS), generators, and other relevant systems
  • Perform punch listing and closeout procedures for fit-out finishes
  • Produce detailed reports on material quality, testing and commissioning results, non-compliance issues, punch lists, and closeout progress


Salary: 35k-37k

  • Benefits: Government-mandated benefits, 13th-month pay, accident insurance, rice subsidy/free rice, then upon regularization, company loans, 5 days leave, and bonuses per project.

Requirement

  • At least 2 years as an estimator or quantity surveyor.
  • Proficient in CAD software; knowledge of building codes and project management tools.
  • With experience in Designing Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and auxiliary works
  • Experience in conducting testing and commissioning for various equipment, such as air conditioning units (ACUs), centralized piping systems (CPS), generators, and other relevant systems
  • Professional license or equivalent is preferred
  • Willing to work onsite in Las Pinas to any part of South Luzon (For site visit) from Monday to Friday, day shift.
