• 1. Proficient in accurately interpreting contract drawings and For Construction Drawings.
• Familiarity with project materials and technical specifications.
• Knowledgeable in the law of contract, contract agreements, and conditions.
• Ability to communicate clearly in technical language.
• Sound understanding of building materials, construction techniques/methodology, and industry customs.
• Competent in quantity take-off for civil, structural, architectural, and MEPF works.
• Familiarity with construction prices (labor, plant, and materials).
• Skilled in preparing and accurately calculating Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
• Ability to identify, evaluate, and process variation orders of contractors.
• Competent in preparing monthly billing for subcontractors.
• Proficient in monitoring, controlling, and maintaining records of materials delivery and contractor accomplishment.
• Capable of preparing and applying contra-charges and ensuring contractor performance against contract conditions.
• Able to prepare value engineering/cost value analysis and perform cost control.
• Proficient in preparing and processing Final Account under main contract and Sub-contract Agreement.
• Skilled in preparing cash flow forecasting in collaboration with Project Manager.

• Proficiency in computer programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CAD, Planswift, etc.).
• Ability to convey complete information to Operations.
• Punctual in meeting deadlines.
• Regular attendance at required meetings.
• Assists with project schedule preparation and updates in the absence of OE.
• Coordinates with contractors, suppliers, engineers, and other project team members to resolve challenges and conflicts.
• Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

• Graduate of BS in Civil Engineering preferred; Professional License is a plus but not required.
• At least 3 years of similar experience in estimates and QS works
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation skills, and attention to detail.
• Results-oriented, team-player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Willing to be assigned in Cabuyao, Laguna
