Job Title: QA Supervisor (Manufacturing)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven QA Supervisor to oversee our Quality Assurance inspectors and daily operations. In this role, you will play a critical part in maintaining our high standards of product quality, driving compliance with international standards (ISO/HACCP), and fostering a culture of continuous improvement on the production floor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of QA Inspectors; assign daily inspection tasks, manage schedules, and evaluate performance.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Oversee the inspection of raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure they meet strict company and regulatory standards.
• Issue Resolution: Quickly identify product defects or production line issues, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with the Production team to implement corrective actions.
• Standards Enforcements: Strictly enforce Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and ISO standards across the plant.
• Documentation & Reporting: Ensure all quality logs, non-conformance reports, and inspection data are accurately documented and reported to the Quality Manager.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial/Chemical), Food Technology, Chemistry, or any related 4-year technical course.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of proven supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment (FMCG, Food, or Pharma background is a strong advantage).
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Quality Assurance methodologies, GMP, HACCP, and ISO documentation.
• Soft Skills: Strong decision-making, excellent problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
