Quality Assurance Automation Engineer (Robot Framework & Python)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Robot Framework and Python. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring software quality by identifying defects, analyzing test results, and continuously improving QA processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Robot Framework
• Design, execute, and manage comprehensive test cases
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and document findings
• Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues
• Recommend and implement improvements to QA processes and automation strategies

Technical Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting and automation
• Hands-on experience with Robot Framework for test automation
• Solid understanding of web technologies (HTML, JavaScript)
• Keen attention to detail in test design and execution

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 2–3 years of experience in QA automation, with a focus on Robot Framework
• ISTQB certification is an advantage but not required
