We are seeking a highly skilled QA Supervisor to lead and oversee quality assurance operations. The role ensures that products, processes, and systems meet customer standards and internal quality requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily QA activities and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Implement and monitor QA procedures, inspection plans, and testing methods.
• Lead root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives (PDCA).
• Review and approve QA reports, documentation, and QC test results.
• Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Warehouse to address quality issues.
• Train and mentor QA staff to maintain high competency levels.
• Ensure audit readiness and support internal/external quality audits.

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of solid experience in Quality Assurance (preferably in manufacturing/printing/production environment).
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of QA tools and methodologies (ISO standards, PDCA, Root Cause Analysis).
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
