• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies and processes.
• Lead a team of QA specialists in testing and evaluating products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality standards.
• Conduct audits and prepare reports on product quality.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensuring compliance with regulation set by the Food and Drug Administration.
• Securing all the necessary documents such as LTO, Business Permit, GMP Certificates of the manufacturer, Distribution Agreement, etc.
• Keep and maintain updated PIF for every duly notified products.
• Acts as the Liaison officer to Food and Drug Administration.
• Immediate application of initial product registration, variation application and renew application in FDA
• Coordinate closely with department concerned towards compliance of documents requirement for FDA Registration/application

• Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in QA methodologies, strong analytical skills, and familiarity with automated testing tools.
• Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and execute test plans, manage QA processes, and collaborate with development teams.
• Working Conditions: Office environment with potential remote work options; may require overtime during project deadlines.
• Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong communication abilities.
• Stay abreast of industry regulations, codes, and standards applicable to QA operations, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and legal requirements. 
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of QA technicians and personnel, fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability. 
• Provide training, guidance, and support to team members to enhance skills, knowledge, and performance. 
• Have knowledge on FDA Regulatory Officer.
• Flexible, strong communication skills and computer literate
