- Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reports.
- Resolve any issues that arise during construction.
- Lead and mentor project team members.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in construction or supervisory roles.
- With Construction Occupational Safety and Health Certificate.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee construction projects, manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors.
- Working Conditions: Primarily on-site in varying weather conditions, requiring physical stamina.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable with strong decision-making abilities.
