Description
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and testing procedures for products.
- Conduct inspections and testing throughout the manufacturing process to ensure quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Document quality assurance activities, including failures and corrective actions.
- Provide training and support to staff on quality control measures and protocols.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in QA/QC roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Quality Management, and Autodesk software;
- Responsibilities and Duties: Strong understanding of HVAC systems and quality assurance methodologies.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, and effective communicator.
