Position: Quality Control Assistant Manager / Manager

The Quality Control Assistant Manager / Manager is responsible for overall quality control of precision parts (electronics, plastic/automotive), ensuring compliance with Japanese standards and driving zero-defect performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections
- Implement corrective actions and CAPA
- Lead root cause analysis and Kaizen initiatives
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 and audit requirementts
- Supervise and train QC team
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Suppliers
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business or Engineering preferred)
- 5+ years QC/QA experience in manufacturing
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Knowledge of QMS, SPC, FMEA, and QC tools
- Strong analytical and leadership skills
- Experience in precision manufacturing is a plus
