- Ensure quality of works in accordance with the Quality Management Plan.
- Develop Method Statements, Inspection & Testing Plans, and Checklists.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with clients requirements.
- Ensure all QA/QC control measures and procedures are documented, implemented, and auditable.
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the concrete batching plant, ensuring efficient production and timely delivery of high-quality concrete for construction projects.
- Monitor production schedules, quality control, and inventory management.
- Lead, train, and supervise a team of technicians and operators, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure seamless production and delivery.
- Maintain and improve batch plant systems, equipment, and technology to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Proven experience as a Concrete Batch Manager, Plant Manager, or similar role in a construction or related sector.
- In-depth knowledge of concrete production processes, equipment, and quality control.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and train others.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
