Key Responsibilities

1) Purchasing/Procurement

- Manage the complete purchasing process, from purchase requisition to purchase order issuance and delivery.

- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain quality products and services at competitive prices.

- Monitor supplier performance, delivery schedules, and contract compliance.

- Maintain supplier accreditation and procurement documentation.

- Prepare procurement reports, cost analyses, and identify cost-saving opportunities.

2) OOH Monitoring

- Monitor the status, condition, and compliance of OOH advertising assets, including billboards, LED displays, transit media, and other advertising structures.

- Maintain an updated database of OOH sites, lease agreements, permits, and asset information.

- Coordinate with Operations and Engineering to address maintenance, repairs, or site-related concerns.

- Conduct periodic site inspections to verify asset condition, branding accuracy, and compliance with company standards.

- Monitor contract and permit expiration dates and recommend timely action.

3) Liaison & Regulatory Compliance

- Process, secure, and renew permits, licenses, and regulatory approvals for OOH advertising sites.

- Coordinate with LGUs, national government agencies, utility providers, landlords, and other external stakeholders regarding applications and compliance requirements.

- Represent the company during inspections, meetings, and document submissions.

- Monitor regulatory changes affecting OOH advertising operations and ensure company compliance.

- Maintain complete and organized records of permits, licenses, contracts, and regulatory documents.

4) Cross-Functional Coordination

- Coordinate with Operations, Finance, and other departments to support project implementation.

- Resolve procurement, permit, and site-related issues to minimize project delays.

- Prepare status reports on purchasing/procurement activities - OOH asset monitoring, and permit applications.

**Qualifications**

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Public Administration, or a related field.

At least 3–5 years of experience in purchasing/procurement, OOH operations, site operation coordination, or liaison work.

Experience in OOH advertising, construction, real estate, telecommunications, or gaming industry an advantage.

Knowledge of purchasing/procurement processes, supplier management, and government permitting procedures.

Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement or ERP systems.

Willing to conduct field visits and travel to sites and government offices.
