HIRING: PURCHASING OFFICER

Location: Makati City

We are looking for an experienced Purchasing Officer to join our team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any related course
• At least 4–5 years of purchasing experience
• Experience in international transactions is preferred
• Knowledgeable in importation laws and customs regulations
• Has experience or connections with Customs is an advantage
• Can research and source products and equipment for the company
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Any gender may apply
• Willing to work in Makati City

Job Responsibilities:

• Source and negotiate with local and international suppliers
• Process purchase orders and coordinate deliveries
• Research new products, suppliers, and equipment
• Handle importation and coordinate with customs and shipping providers
• Monitor inventory and ensure timely purchasing
• Maintain purchasing records and prepare reports
