Qualifications:
• Experience in construction purchasing or procurement is an advantage
• Knowledgeable in construction materials, suppliers, and pricing
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
Responsibilities:
• Source, negotiate, and purchase construction materials and supplies
• Coordinate with site engineers and suppliers
• Monitor inventory and delivery schedules
• Ensure cost efficiency and timely procurement
• Prepare purchasing reports and documentation
