Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management,
With at least 1–2 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or canvassing in Hotel Industry setting.
Process Purchase Orders (PO) and track deliveries to ensure items arrive on time and meet quality specifications
With strong negotiation and communication skills (English and Tagalog).
Negotiate pricing, payment terms and delivery schedule to optimize company budget and cash flow.
With attention to detail and organizational skills.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing and vendor performance.
Monitor stock levels and collaborate with concern department to prevent shortages or overstocking
