Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• With experience in purchasing, importation, logistics, or supply chain.
• Knowledge of import procedures, customs regulations, Incoterms, and shipping documents.
• Familiar with HS Codes, tariffs, duties, taxes, and customs requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office/Excel; ERP experience is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and supplier management skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle purchasing and procurement activities.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
• Manage importation, shipping, and logistics.
• Prepare and monitor purchase orders and import documents.
• Monitor shipments, deliveries, inventory, and costs.
• Ensure customs and import compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and system data.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, warehouse, and other departments.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues.
• Prepare reports and perform other assigned duties.
