QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years in college

• Fresh grads are encouraged to apply

• Must have driver's license (non-pro or pro)

• Proficient in MS Excel and other MS Office applications

• Preferably residing in Paco, Manila or nearby areas

Responsibilities

Perform admin tasks using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Maintain and update basic reports, inventory logs and purchase records
Handle on the spot purchasing of urgent kitchen items (not form suppliers but nearby stores/markets)
Coordinate with kitchen staff regarding shortages and needed items
Assist in other office related duties as needed
