Key Responsibilities:


Prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.

Request and compare quotations from suppliers.

Coordinate with vendors regarding pricing, availability, and delivery schedules.

Monitor purchase order status and follow up on pending deliveries.

Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier databases, and documentation.

Verify invoices and delivery receipts against purchase orders.

Assist in negotiating prices and payment terms with suppliers.

Coordinate with warehouse and other departments to ensure timely receipt of goods.

Monitor inventory levels and help replenish stock when necessary.

Resolve issues related to damaged, incorrect, or delayed deliveries.

Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies and procedures.

Prepare purchasing reports and other administrative documents as required.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any related field.

Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or administrative support is an advantage.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
