• SOURCING MATERIALS, GOODS, PRODUCTS AND SERVICES AND NEGOTIATING THE BEST OR MOST COST-EFFECTIVE CONTRACTS AND DEALS
• PERFORMING VENDOR RESEARCH AND SELECTION TO ENHANCE PROFITABILITY, REDUCING OPERATING COSTS AND BOOSTING EFFICIENCY
• MANAGING PURCHASE ORDERS, OVERSEEING SHIPPING SCHEDULES AND MAINTAINING RECORDS OF ALL ORDERS, PAYMENTS AND RECEIVED STOCK
• COORDINATING WITH WAREHOUSE TEAM TO COMPARE DELIVERIES WITH PURCHASE ORDERS TO IDENTIFY ANY DISCREPANCIES AND ENSURING ALL ORDER IS PACKED APPROPRIATELY AND DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT LOCATION IN A TIMELY MANNER
• CONDUCTING ON-GOING MARKET RESEARCH TO IDENTIFY BENEFICIAL PURCHASE AGREEMENTS AND POTENTIAL VENDORS
• ESTABLISHING PROFESSIONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH CLIENTS AS WELL AS VENDORS AND SUPPLIERS

- College graduate of Business or any related course

- Previous experience in similar position or department is an advantage but not required

- Knowledgeable in construction materials and truck parts is an advantage but negotiable

- Superb written and verbal communication and negotiation skills

- Physically fit, ability to multi-task, excellent time management skills, with sense of urgency 

- Knowledgeable of appropriate software including: Microsoft excel, word and google drive

- Polite and professional communication skill

- Organize and neat
