Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the purchasing of materials, supplies, tools, and equipment needed by the company.
• Prepare and process Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, prices, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Request and compare supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing.
• Monitor purchase orders and follow up on pending deliveries.
• Maintain and organize purchasing records, quotations, invoices, and other related documents.
• Coordinate with the warehouse, accounting, and other departments regarding deliveries and payments.
• Check delivered items against purchase orders and delivery receipts.
• Assist in evaluating and maintaining good relationships with suppliers.
• Perform other purchasing-related tasks as assigned by the Purchasing Officer or Management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field is preferred.
• With experience in purchasing or procurement is an advantage.
• Knowledge of purchasing procedures and supplier coordination.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Computer literate, especially Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Honest, responsible, and trustworthy.
• Willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
