Description

  • Assist in sourcing new suppliers and maintaining relationships with existing vendors for CTRL Construction Corporation in the construction industry.
  • Facilitate procurement of construction materials, equipment, and services, tracking deliveries, and managing inventory.
  • Support Purchasing Head to ensure seamless supply chain management.
  • Coordinate with project teams to verify specifications and requirements and assist in negotiating terms and contracts.
  • Maintain accurate purchase records and compliance with industry standards.

Requirement

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required; business or supply chain management preferred.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in order placement, inventory management, liaise with suppliers, and support procurement processes.
  • Working Conditions: Office setting, regular business hours with potential overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, team player, capability to work under pressure, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
