Key Responsibilities

A. Operations Management

1. Oversee daily operations of short-term rental properties
2. Manage housekeeping, maintenance teams, and external vendors
3. Ensure properties are guest-ready and maintained to high standards
4. Monitor occupancy rates, guest reviews, and service performance
5. Implement systems to improve operational efficiency

B. Property and Asset Management

1. Conduct regular property inspections
2. Develop preventive maintenance programs
3. Manage repair schedules and vendor contracts
4. Control operational costs while maintaining quality standards
5. Ensure compliance with local regulations, permits, and safety standards

C. Construction and Renovation Projects

1. Plan, budget, and manage renovation and improvement projects
2. Oversee contractors, engineers, architects, and suppliers
3. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
4. Implement cost control and quality assurance measures

D. Project Management

1. Develop project timelines and resource plans
2. Conduct site visits and progress evaluations
3. Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
4. Prepare progress and performance reports for management

E. Guest Experience and Quality Control

1. Ensure high standards of cleanliness, functionality, and aesthetics
2. Implement continuous improvement initiatives
