Pacific Skyloft Residences Condominium Corporation is seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Engineer to join our team in a full-time capacity. Based in Sampaloc, Manila City, this is a pivotal role within our residential property management operations. As Property Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance, repair, and optimisation of building systems and infrastructure across our condominium property. This position is essential to ensuring the safety, comfort, and operational efficiency of our residential community, and you will play a critical role in maintaining the high standards our residents expect.

Key responsibilities


  1. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of all building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, structural components, and safety systems
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment faults, implementing timely repairs and maintenance schedules
  3. Manage and coordinate maintenance work orders, ensuring priorities are clearly defined and work is completed efficiently
  4. Maintain comprehensive records and documentation of all maintenance activities, repairs, and building system performance
  5. Respond promptly to urgent maintenance requests from residents and coordinate emergency repairs as required
  6. Oversee and supervise maintenance staff and contractors, ensuring work meets quality and safety standards
  7. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
  8. Prepare detailed maintenance reports and recommendations for building management and ownership
  9. Monitor and manage building utilities, identifying opportunities for energy efficiency and cost reduction
  10. Maintain relationships with external contractors and service providers for specialised maintenance requirements


What we're looking for


  1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  2. Minimum 6 months of professional experience in property maintenance, building engineering, or facilities management
  3. Proven expertise in managing building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and structural maintenance
  4. Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices and building codes relevant to residential properties
  5. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  6. Proficiency in maintenance management software and basic computer literacy
  7. Valid Professional License as an Electrical or Mechanical Engineer is highly desirable
  8. Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with residents, management, and contractors
  9. Physical fitness and willingness to perform hands-on maintenance work when necessary
  10. Outstanding commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance
