Description
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Assist in the maintenance and repair of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers for effective project execution.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance and repair work.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
- Experience Level:0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies:Basic knowledge of building systems and maintenance practices
- Qualities and Traits:Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Responsibilities and Duties:Adept at working in a team environment
- Working Conditions:Ability to work in various environments, including outdoor settings
