• Oversees the daily operations of the building and ensures the efficient delivery of property management services.
• Addresses occupants' requests, complaints, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Supervises security guards and janitorial personnel to maintain the building's safety, cleanliness, and overall appearance.
• Monitors building equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.
• Enforces house rules and building regulations. Reviews and approves unit renovation requests in accordance with building policies.
• Coordinates with contractors, service providers, and other external agencies for building maintenance and operations.

Job Requirements

• Graduate of Building Technology Management or any Engineering course
• Articulate and has positive work attitude
• Preferably residing within Metro Manila.
• Recent board passers are encouraged to apply.
