- Manage maintenance and operations of properties.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Collaborate with contractors for repairs and renovations.
- Monitor budgets and optimize operational costs.
- Provide technical support for property-related issues.
- Maintain accurate records of property condition and improvements.
- Job Title: Property Engineer
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in engineering or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in property management or engineering.
- Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer / Electrical Engineer
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, routine inspection capabilities, front management skills, and attention to detail.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Conduct property inspections, manage tenant relations, and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with field visits; may involve flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, excellent communicator, and problem-solver.
