- Coordinate daily merchant operations and support tasks.
- Analyze transaction data to improve performance and efficiency.
- Assist the needs of tenants
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.

- Educational Qualifications: Registered Electrical Engineer/ Mechanical Engineer
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in Mall operations or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in data management tools.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with standard hours; flexibility may be required for project deadlines.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, proactive problem solver, adaptable, and motivated to learn.
