Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field. 
• Must have a Construction Occupational Safety and Health (COSH 2) Certification.
• Experience in project monitoring, project coordination, or construction supervision is an advantage.
• Knowledge of construction, project monitoring, and workplace safety.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
• Good communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work both in the office and at project sites.

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed on time.
• Conduct site visits to check work quality and safety.
• Prepare project progress reports.
• Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Identify project issues and help recommend solutions.
• Keep project records and documents updated.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and OSH regulations.
• Conduct safety inspections and make sure workers use proper PPE
