- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicating with internal parties (management, all involved parties, and departments) regarding project requirements and goals.
- Communicating with external parties (suppliers and contractors) regarding project requirements and needs.
- Research information to support other teams and department as needed.
- Contributing to the planning and development of projects.
- Supporting the coordination and management of projects.
- Performing administrative tasks such as preparing and maintaining project documents and records, payment request, monitoring of payables, sourcing and estimates, scheduling meetings etc…
- Keeping track of and reporting on project progress.
- Completing any task assigned by the Project Manager and/or owners in an efficient and timely manner.
