Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant project supervision experience.
- Skills and Competencies: License Civil Engineer or Architect is advantage. Proficient in Project Management and CAD software, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee project timelines, manage resources, and ensure project compliance with regulations.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits; may require flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent leadership qualities, and strong problem-solving skills.
