Description
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Communicate with stakeholders to keep them informed of project progress, issues, and risks.
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to on the construction site.
- Manage and motivate project team members, providing guidance, support, and feedback as needed.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, taking corrective action as necessary.
- Ensure that all project documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Architect, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project team members effectively.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks effectively.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
