Project Management

Manage and coordinate the project team to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of projects
Plan and prioritize tasks, resources, and schedules to achieve project objectives
Conduct site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with project specifications and timelines
Monitor and control project expenses, including labor, materials, and equipment costs
Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as necessary
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and policies on site
Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
Prepare and submit reports to management on project progress, issues, and recommendations
Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in construction project management or supervision in the Philippines
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and practices
Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from planning to completion
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers
Strong organizational and time management skills
