Responsibilities:
- Oversees construction work from initiation through handover,
- Performs daily site inspections
- Coordinates materials and equipment
- Delivers technical guidance, prepares inspection and completion report
- Manages warranty inspections and provide corrective actions.
Job Requirements:
- Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer
- At least 2 years work experience into Housing Construction, Residential Development, Housing Development, Residential Housing Project, Residential Community or Residential Estate.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Willing and able to travel to any sites - Marikina and Rizal Areas
