We are looking for a Civil Engineer with solid construction site experience to lead and manage our upcoming construction projects.

Position:

Project In Charge (Civil Engineer)

Qualifications:

Licensed Civil Engineer is an advantage (freshly licensed with strong site experience may also apply)

Minimum of 2 years of construction site experience

Experienced in:

• Structural steel construction
• Substructure/Foundation works
• Construction methodologies and sequencing

Able to:

• Manage and supervise daily site operations
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients
• Lead and supervise construction workers and foremen
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly accomplishment reports
• Monitor project progress, quality, safety, and schedule
• Read, interpret, and understand structural and architectural plans
• Solve on-site construction issues and make sound engineering decisions

Requirements:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and construction documentation
• Willing to work on project sites
• Can work under pressure and meet project deadlines

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities
• Ensure work is executed according to approved plans, specifications, and project schedule
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Monitor manpower, equipment, and material requirements
• Prepare project reports and documentation
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety regulations
