Oversee daily operations on construction sites and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Collaborate with architects and engineers to interpret design specifications.
Coordinate subcontractor activities and manage on-site materials.
Conduct site inspections and manage project documentation.
Resolve on-site issues and participate in meetings with stakeholders.
Report progress and challenges to senior management.

Educational Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
Experience Level:
At least 1-3 years of experience in fit-out project site management, preferably in interior deepening design and fit-out projects.
Skills and Competencies:
Proficiency in CAD software and Primavera for scheduling.
Strong background in project coordination and manpower management.
Knowledge of project management principles and experience in applying them.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead on-site operations, ensuring project completion within timeline and budget.
Coordinate with clients, architects, and subcontractors for seamless work progress.
Manage resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
Maintain high safety standards and comply with regulations.
