Description

  • Collaborate with project managers to develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for fit-out projects.
  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
  • Provide technical guidance to contractors and subcontractors during the fit-out process, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all work meets design specifications and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of site progress, including daily reports, site diaries, and compliance documents.
  • Monitor project expenses and assist in managing budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled, and variances are reported.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.

Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree, Professional License, Engineering (Civil), Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 - 3 years' experience in the same position
  • Communicates effectively (both orally and in writing)

  • Proficient in using MS Tools, specifically Excel
  • Knowledge with AutoCAD is required
  • Can work with minimum supervision
  • Willing to work with overtime if requires
  • CAN START IMMEDIATELY
