Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's IT strategy and policies.
• Oversee daily IT operations, including network administration, hardware, software, and security.
• Manage IT support services, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
• Lead and mentor IT staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Experience managing a team of 4-8 IT staff members is essential.
• Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations to improve efficiency and security.
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws and cybersecurity best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and support their IT needs.
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and procurement of technology resources.
• Monitor system performance and implement upgrades, patches, and preventative maintenance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and cybersecurity protocols.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server/AD, VMware/Hyper-V, Cisco networking, cloud platforms, ERP systems, and database management is required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• 5–7 years in IT roles, with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor contracts effectively.
