We are looking for a results-driven IT Product Management Lead to oversee the strategy, development, and execution of technology-driven products within a fast-paced, client-focused environment. This role will lead cross-functional teams in delivering scalable, high-quality solutions that support business operations and client success.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of product managers and business analysts.
• Work closely with engineering, QA, operations, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
• Prioritize product backlog and ensure efficient sprint planning and execution.
• Drive Agile best practices and continuous process improvements.
• Monitor product performance, analyze KPIs, and recommend enhancements.
• Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to gather feedback and improve product offerings.
• Ensure timely and successful delivery of product initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in BPO, IT services, or shared services.
• Minimum 2–3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC.
• Experience working with cross-functional and client-facing teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to process automation, CRM platforms, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple products or large-scale projects.
