Description
- Lead and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee the implementation of auxiliary systems, including FDAS and CCTV, to enhance project outcomes.
- Conduct regular project reviews and adjust plans as necessary to meet objectives.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to ensure project alignment and address any concerns.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience Level: 5–7 years of relevant project management experience
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in planning, communication, and project management software
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage critical project components
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with possible extended hours to meet project deadlines
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
