Description
The Estimator for HVAC is responsible for preparing cost estimates for HVAC projects.
- Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Consult with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to gather information.
- Prepare and maintain a directory of suppliers and subcontractors.
- Review and adjust estimates as necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in HVAC estimating.
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
- Proficiency in estimation software.
