- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects based on project specifications and drawings.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to gather relevant project information.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotes and bids to ensure competitive pricing and feasibility.
- Utilize software tools, including AutoCAD, for accurate project estimation.
- Assist in the procurement process by identifying and sourcing materials and services.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCAD, strong evaluation skills, and experience with procurement processes.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Capable of effectively coordinating project activities and ensuring accurate software testing.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, excellent analytical skills, and strong communication capabilities.
