- Conduct detailed cost estimations for construction projects.
- Collaborate with project managers to assess project requirements and timelines.
- Analyze market trends and material costs to optimize budget allocations.
- Prepare comprehensive bid proposals and reports for stakeholders.
- Support the financial planning process by forecasting costs and identifying potential savings.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations and company standards.
Requirement
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in project estimation.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in estimation software, and knowledge of construction methods.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare accurate cost estimates, analyze project specifications, and collaborate with teams.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional site visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, effective communicator, and problem-solver.
