Maintenance Technician

Description
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and facilities.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and repair as needed.
- Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and HVAC repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
- Assist with the installation and setup of new equipment.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments as needed.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to stay updated on industry standards.
Requirement
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in maintenance or a related field.
- Familiarity with various hand tools and maintenance equipment.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
