Description
- Provide technical support for hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of computer systems and applications.
- Manage user accounts and permissions.
- Support the troubleshooting of network connectivity problems.
- Maintain accurate inventory of IT assets and resources.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in IT support.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments.
