We are seeking an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Department Head to oversee the daily operations, service delivery, and innovation of ICT services. This is a key leadership role for an ICT professional who is passionate about operational excellence, technology governance, and enabling digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the ICT Department, including Helpdesk & Infrastructure Operations (HIO), Automation & Innovation (AIO), and Information Security & Governance (ISG).
• Supervise the execution of ICT projects and ensure the timely delivery of reliable technical solutions.
• Oversee IT asset management, procurement coordination, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate software development and QA efforts, ensuring adherence to project timelines.
• Monitor helpdesk performance and ensure user satisfaction with ICT services.
• Implement cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
• Maintain system uptime, network reliability, and availability of ICT services.
• Conduct performance reviews, guide team development, and ensure continuous improvement.
• Report to the ICT Group Director on operational status, project milestones, and resource needs.
• Support the implementation of ICT strategic initiatives and long-term digital goals.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or an allied course.
• Experience: At least 5 years of progressive leadership in ICT-related roles.
