Description
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to design and implement innovative processes at Masagana Telamart Inc., a groundbreaking firm in the retail and technology sector.
- Analyze and synthesize data to improve program efficiency and efficacy.
- Generate comprehensive reports and presentations to inform strategic decision-making.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure program objectives are met on schedule and within resource allocations.
- Facilitate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience, entry-level position suitable for recent graduates.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in MS Office, understanding of project management principles, excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in program planning and scheduling, track project performance, prepare reports, and support the management team in operational tasks.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional requirement to work extra hours during project deadlines.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, team player with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
