Job Responsibilities:

• Recruit and manage offline promoters, lead the team to do local user acquisition, and assist promoters in completing their daily promotion tasks.
• Promoters will be recruited and managed by the Promotion Team Leader. When promoters complete valid performance, the Promotion Team Leader can receive additional commission rewards.

Main Duties:

• Recruit offline promoters
• Manage and train promoters
• Lead the team to do field promotion and acquire new users
• Track team performance and monthly targets
• Ensure promoters follow company rules and submit real data

Requirements:

• Experience in sales, field promotion, agent teams, or team management is preferred
• Has local promoter resources, or has the ability to recruit promoters
• Familiar with Telegram / Facebook / WhatsApp
• Strong execution ability and result-oriented
• Able to manage team performance and achieve monthly targets
